Influencing and Negotiating Skills
Target Audience
This workshop is for anyone who feels they need to develop their confident and assertive behaviour to influence people in both professional and personal situations.
Aims
The workshop aims to develop influencing skills by communicating positively and understanding the importance of planning outcomes. By increasing rapport and assertiveness skills as well as practising simple techniques, delegates will be much clearer about how their behaviour and communication has a direct effect on the outcomes they achieve. It aims to give delegates an understanding of a win/win situation and how to achieve this.
