A Coaching Proposal

Why choose coaching?

One to one coaching is especially useful for someone who needs objective, impartial guidance and practical support. It’s a ‘safe’ way of discussing any problems, issues or concerns which are preventing an individual’s professional achievements.

A coachee gets some personal time to focus on them and their priorities which is hugely beneficial. It is extremely valuable to have a personal, private, intimate and challenging conversation focused exclusively on making important and necessary changes in the workplace.

What is coaching?

The coachee will have someone to talk to who really listens in a non judgemental way.

The coach will explore the problems, concerns, the issues in a way which no one else can or will do. The experience is completely confidential and the coachee will be able to talk about things which they wouldn’t or couldn’t admit to family, friends or colleagues.

The coach has the skills and experience to ask the right questions and to guide an individual to commit to an action plan which step by step helps make the changes they want/need to make.

Coaching can help improve:

  • self-discipline, motivation and think more creatively
  • self esteem and increase confidence
  • improve relationships

My proposal

I propose three one-to-one 1 hour meetings – two quite close together, maybe weekly and then a follow up third meeting a month or so later.

I’ll meet at a time and place to suit the coachee and at the end of each meeting, we’ll agree an action plan. The action plan will be shared with the employer/manager.

I’ll keep in touch by text, phone or email between sessions to ensure the coachee has flexible support.

Cost – £250 including face to face meetings, support between the sessions up to a month after the final meeting.
